NexStorm upgraded

As the new NexStorm 1.4 RC1 (build 2363) was released today I immediately upgraded. The previous 1.31 (2193) version had been running for 400+ days without restart!

I also enabled the uploading of data files for SPARK.CLX. The Spark-data URL you should enter after installing is: http://st.dn.fi/spark/

Please note that there are no background maps for SPARK.CLX at the moment of writing. I hope that I will have time to create some in the near future.
